Super easy to use wireless adapter to convert your exsiting CLICKSTAR, CLICKSTAR & TOUCHSTAR into wirless handsets. No configuration needed, pure plug and play. The handsets are pre-configured to sync with REMOTESTAR. Enjoy wirelss freedom and no cable tangles!
Note REMOTESTAR is only compatible with the latest NG (Next Generation) handsets. The original CLICKSTAR is not compatible. Please see the store about the trade-up option, or contact for futher info.

REMOTESTAR connections
Here is the information needed to connect your REMOTESTAR to your mount system.
REMOTESTAR is compatible with all LX200GPS or greater platforms that use the AUTOSTAR 2 handset. Just plug REMOTESTAR into your HBX port and switch on your scope and handset - they will sync automatically.
Wireless range depends on conditions. In testing in the open air the range can be as great as 20m+. Through walls etc the range is diminished, but 6-8m is possible. You can esily extend the range by using a longer cable from your mount to the REMOTESTAR unit.

CONNECTSTAR is compatible with all LX200 Classic platforms. Just plug REMOTESTAR into your Keypad port and switch on your scope and handset - they will sync automatically.

REMOTESTAR simply plugs into the existing HBX/keypad port on your mount. See this guide
This is mostly due to an interruption in the Bluetooth transmission. It could be because the REMOTESTAR experienced interference, or a range issue. You should be able to clear it easily on your handset but pressing a button to redraw the screen.
